Qualitas Plantarum et Materiae Vegetabiles 22(1): 29-35

Crude juices of Allium sativum, A. cepa and Raphanus sativus were strongly active against Pseudomonas pyocyaneus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi and Bacillus subtilis, and the crude juices of Capsicum frutescens and Eruca sativa were active against the last 3. The crude juice of A. kurrat was active against E. coli and B. subtilis.
