Tests on the control of Cydia (Grapholitha) molesta (Busck) and Anarsia lineatella Zell. on peach in the district of Dolj in Rumania were carried out in 1970-72. Good control of both species was given by five applications of fenthion (Lebaycid), fenitrothion (Sumithion), bromophos, isoprocarb (Mipcin), phosalone (Zolone) or dimethoate (Bi 58) on early peach varieties, and seven applications on late-ripening ones.
