Comparison of polyethylene and polyethylene-coated bio-degradeable paper mulches on strawberry

Comparison of polyethylene and polyethylene-coated bio-degradeable paper mulches on strawberry

HortScience 7(6): 568-569

Bio-degradeable paper mulches with a polythene coating on both sides or the underside only satisfactorily lasted through Florida's 7-month growing season and gave similar fruit yields and fertilizer leaching results to those produced using a black polythene mulch.
