, : Current problems on the economics and organization of orchard production in Bulgaria. Acta Horticulturae (28): 56-73

The introduction of industrial technology and industrial management methods in horticulture requires a strengthening of specialization in production. The type of organization at present being set up in Bulgaria, the agro-industrial complexes, are experimenting with orchards on this basis, and such enterprises now cover 25 to 30 thousand ha. Such farms can make best use of the technical changes coming into operation.
