Digestibility by pigs of some products from the preparation of potato starch

Digestibility by pigs of some products from the preparation of potato starch

Verslagen van Landbouwkundige Onderzoekingen (802): 14

In 3 digestibility trials, each with a main period of 10 days, 3 pigs, weighing initially about 35 kg, had in sequence wet potato pulp, pressed and dried to form meal, or the same meal as pellets, or wet potato pulp mixed with potato solubles, from which part of the protein had been removed, then dried and pelleted.
