, : Effect of SADH on the time of flowering of apple. Acta Horticulturae (34): 241-245

Daminozide at 1750 to 2000 p.p.m. applied to apple trees in the early part of the season resulted in significantly earlier flowering the following year, whereas applications late in the season delayed flowering. Both early and late applications caused a lower average fruit weight in the following year.
