Effects of MCPA, 2,4,5-T, linuron and simazine on some functional groups of soil microorganisms

Effects of MCPA, 2,4,5-T, linuron and simazine on some functional groups of soil microorganisms

Swedish Journal of Agricultural Research 4(3): 151-160

The effects of the herbicides on micro-organisms active in the N cycle and on cellulolytic organisms were studied in both laboratory and field experiments. Effects were small at normal rates of field application (4 kg/ha for MCPA and 2,4,5-T and 2 kg/ha for linuron and simazine).
