Evaluation of tomato varieties and hybrids for resistance to leaf mould (Cladosporium fulvum)

Resistance was tested in 89 tomato cvs and 24 hybrids grown under glass in the Leningrad region. Susceptible forms were more severely infected when grown as the autumn than as the spring crop. Infection was more severe in soil-grown plants than in those grown by hydroponics.
