Experimental control of the potato nematode, Heterodera rostochiensis, by predaceous fungi (helminthophages)

In a series of tests made over 2 years in Vilnius, Lithuanian SSR, on the biological control of Heterodera rostochiensis by preparations made from live or dead Arthrobotrys oligospora (applied as soil dressings with manure at 50g/kg of soil, 75g/kg and 100g/kg), only a disease-resistant potato, "Antinema", was free from infection.
