The introduction (1-4) is followed by section 1 (5-35) covering 9 root diseases and a sub-section on mycorrhizae, section 2 (41-62) on 8 stem and branch diseases, section 3 (66-107) on 14 leaf diseases and section 4 (114) on storage moulds. There are selected refs., a glossary, a disease index and a host index.
