, : Short-term storage of cauliflower in film wraps. Acta Horticulturae (38): 47-51

Cauliflowers were stored for 7 days at 1 deg C in perforated or non-perforated polyethylene bags, or in VF-70, VF-71, RMT-68H and TPF-84 shrink film wraps, the latter having differential permeability to moisture, CO2 and O2. Tabulated data are presented on the CO2 levels after storage and after 4 days' holding at 18 deg.
