The activity of nitrate reductase and dehydrogenase in leguminous plants

The activity of nitrate reductase and dehydrogenase in leguminous plants

Agrokhimiya (5): 107-111

n a one-year micro-plot experiment on a slightly and a moderately managed derno-podzolic soil, the average nitrate reductase and dehydrogenase activities of the leaves of clover in the first year of life were related to the NO3 and P contents of the soil and were increased by 60-90 kg/ha of N (as NH4NO3) and P2O5 (as superphosphate).
