Both the chloro-organic pesticide DDB and the antimalarial drug chloridine (2,4-diamino-5-n-chlorphenyl-6-ethylpyrimidine) given as single injections at a dose rate of 0.1 mg/g body weight significantly increased the incidence of chromosome aberrations in bone marrow and testes cells; DDB had the greater effect.
