For a single diallelic locus, the probabilities were determined of fixation or loss of an allele for the cases of 4 mutation rates (10-3, 10-4, 10-5 and 10-6), several different fitness rates of genotypes, and 3 initial mating types (A1A1 X A1A1, A1A1 X A1A2 and A1A1 X A2A2).
