'Mastoprim' preparation for detecting abnormal milk in bulk milk

The preparation, of improved sensitivity, contains 'sulphanol' and sodium hydroxide at 4:1 ratio. The test involves mixing 1 ml milk with 1 ml of a 2.5% Mastoprim solution and visual examination of the sample.
