Abstract
Centrifugal ultrafiltration was used to obtain plasma ultrafiltrates. Amino acids, including tryptophan, and NH3 were estimated automatically using 2 columns and split-stream methodology allowed estimation of radioactivities of amino acids, glucose and plasma water.
