For 8 Slovakian Pied and 8 German Black Pied bulls fattened to 500 days of age, slaughter weight averaged 616.7 and 542.4 kg (P<0.05), carcass weight 353.9 and 309.1 kg (P<0.05), hindquarters weight 197.7 and 166.6 kg (P<0.05), primal cuts weight 74.0 and 63.9 kg (P<0.05), weight of carcass fat 10.0 and 10.2 kg, bone weight 25.9 and 23.1 kg (P<0.05), and weight of boned round as a percentage of carcass weight 12.5 and 13.3.
