Comparison of two methods of estimating food intake by children 4 to 6 years old

Comparison of two methods of estimating food intake by children 4 to 6 years old

Voeding 38(5): 216-222

In April and May 1974, intakes of nutrients by 63 children 4 to 6 years old at a kindergarten in Nijmegen were assessed by 24-h recall, on a Wednesday which was a half-day, and by a 5-day record, which included the weekend. The interval between the 2 surveys was as short as possible.
