Milk delivered to 2 Volkovysk (Grodno region) zone factories on a day in the 1st and a day in the 3rd 10 days of each month during Jan.-Oct. 1972 representing a total of 1040 t was examined. Mean values were: TS 11.60%, fat 3.46%, protein 3.05%, lactose (calculated) 4.45%, SNF (calculated) 8.20%, Ca 0.118%, P 0.0828%, and sp. gr. 1.02784. The compositional data are compared with corresponding, very similar, data for the Grodno region and the Belorussian SSR.
