Determination of fat, proteins and moisture content of 40, 42 and 60 samples, resp., of whole dried milk (with both normal and instant solubility) gave s.d. of plus or minus 0.125, plus or minus 0.193 and plus or minus 0.095 resp. The s.d. for fat, protein and moisture in 88, 88 and 64 dried skim milk samples were resp. plus or minus 0.166, plus or minus 0.162 and plus or minus 0.087.
