Economical studies on the management of experiment forest. II. Forest management and situation of forest labor in the northern Hokkaido

, : Economical studies on the management of experiment forest. II. Forest management and situation of forest labor in the northern Hokkaido. Research Bulletins, College Experiment Forests, Hokkaido University 33(2): 249-313

An account is given of changes in forest management in the Nakagawa Experiment Forest of Hokkaido University since 1960. A change from dry field farming to dairy farming, and a reduction in the number of farms in the district, have increased the amount of labour available for forest work.

Targeted radiotherapy with 211At-methylene blue (211At-MTB) is a systemic treatment selectively directed at melanoma due to a high affinity of MTB to melanin synthesized in the tumor cells.
