Poljoprivredna Znanstvena Smotra 37(47): 171-186

Two groups of 6 Simmental bulls of mean initial age 380 days and weights 413 and 419 kg were studied in 3 successive periods of 28 days of which the second was the test period, when one group were given for 19 days bovine somatotropin 157.5 mg/day by intramuscular injection and the controls saline injections.
