In male rabbits Ciodrin depressed sperm respiration and motility when fed at concentrations of more than or equal to 100 p.p.m. The number of implantations decreased and the number of abnormal embryos increased in female rabbits which were inseminated with spermatozoa which had been incubated with 50 or 100 p.p.m. of the insecticide.
