Effect of vaccination of cucumber plants on their resistance to powdery mildew

Effect of vaccination of cucumber plants on their resistance to powdery mildew

Nauch Tr NII Ovoshch Kh va (111): 157-159

Aqueous extracts from leaves infected by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum), introduced into cucumber plants by watering the soil, decreased susceptibility, especially 4 and 14 days after infection. Seed treatment with extracts under vacuum was also effective.
