The absorption of Sn from the gastrointestinal tract and its distribution in tissues was studied in Wistar rats weighing 250 g given stannous chloride labelled with 113Sn by tube with sucrose, ascorbic acid and potassium nitrate, with the Sn separately or all together, ethanol as a 20% solution, a solution of albumin and an emulsion of sunflower oil and Tween 20 1%.
