Effectiveness of humic compounds in dependence on calcium content in water tomato cultures

Effectiveness of humic compounds in dependence on calcium content in water tomato cultures

Acta Societatis Botanicorum Polaniae 44(4): 615-629

The influence of Na-humate and its fractions on the dry weight increment of tomato seedlings in water culture and on their Ca uptake in Ca deficient medium were investigated. Fraction II of Na-humate significantly improved the dry weight increment in a Ca deficient medium, whereas unfractioned Na-humate or fraction I had no noticeable effect.
