Evaluation of insecticidal schedules for the pests of Hybrid-4 cotton



Pesticides, Bombay 9(7): 45-49



Evaluation of 4 insecticidal schedules against aphids, jassids, thrips, whitefly, grey weevil, spotted bollworm, pink bollworm and American bollworm on cotton Hybrid-4 showed that methyl parathion + DDT (dust) was the most effective and economical schedule; it gave seed-cotton yields of 3.45 t/ha.
