There is a need to integrate theory and practice. It is more feasible to think in terms of a reciprocal relationship between those in the formal and non-formal sphere of education, and teachers should be the trainers of development service workers. Laymen and people in industry and agriculture could also contribute to the formal school system wherever necessary and appropriate.
