North Swedish progress in machine harvesting and breeding of Ribes

A new harvester (Vinman) is described. It can pick young black currant bushes (with their first crop) and fully grown plants. Its additional advantages are low labour requirement (2 men) and low cost (about pounds-sterling 5000).
