Values for contents of DM, protein, fat, carbohydrate, cellulose, ash and salt, and for calorie value and % of protein and fat calories are tabulated for 14 named kinds of bread (11 of wheat bread, including 1 of milk bread; and 3 of rye bread) produced by the Tallin bakery complex.
