ISSN/ISBN: 0300-3604

Absorption changes at 520 nm in pea chloroplasts induced by excitation of the short-wave photosystem were studied by difference spectrophotometry at 2 wavelengths. The slow absorption increase at 520 nm was missing in the presence of dibromothymoquinone but reappeared on restoration of the electron flow by addition of class III acceptors.
