Pancreatic enlargement induced by raw soybean diets: hypertrophy or hyperplasia

Pancreatic enlargement induced by raw soybean diets: hypertrophy or hyperplasia

Agrochemophysica 5(3): 61-62

Histological features connected with pancreatic enlargement in rats fed on diets containing 50% raw, as compared with heated, soya beans are reported. Nuclei were counted in tissue sections. There was no significant difference between treatments or between any combinations of slide, animal or treatment.
