Pectinmethylesterase and cellulolytic activity in citrus plants infected by Phoma tracheiphila

Pectinmethylesterase and cellulolytic activity in citrus plants infected by Phoma tracheiphila

Rivista di Patologia Vegetale, IV 12(3/4): 137-144

These enzyme activities were higher in extracts of xylem tissues of sour orange seedlings inoculated with P. tracheiphila and of naturally infected lemon trees than in the corresponding healthy tissues.
