Performance of three new banana cultivars in Ghana

, : Performance of three new banana cultivars in Ghana. Acta Horticulturae (53): 317-319

The Homtong proved a good commercial banana, having excellent external colour. However, it was outyielded by the cvs Valery and Williams. The latter 2 cvs did not produce bright yellow colouring but this did not affect their quality.
