In laboratory tests in Brazil on the control of Crimissa cruralis Stal, a pest of mango and cashew (Anacardium occidentale), larvae were confined for 16-72 h on leaves that had been dipped in emulsion concentrates. The best results (85-100% mortality) were afforded by 0.08% endrin, 0.024-0.12% naled (Dibrom), 0.08% aldrin, 0.06% diazinon and 0.3% chlordane.
