Quotation of expected equilibrium-prices of apples in the Lake Constance region

, : Quotation of expected equilibrium-prices of apples in the Lake Constance region. Acta Horticulturae (40): 161-169

Fruit price quotations are made to improve market transparency and thus to increase competition and to decrease fluctuations of prices.
