, : Quotation of expected equilibrium-prices of apples in the Lake Constance region. Acta Horticulturae (40): 161-169

A method of estimating expected equilibrium-prices of apples as developed by an experiment over four seasons in the fruit growing region of Lake Constance is described. Fruit price quotations are made to improve market transparency and thus to increase competition and to decrease fluctuations of prices.
