Abstract
In connection with quarantine regulations in Germany against Epichoristodes acerbella (Wlk.), a pest of carnations that has become established in Italy and France,, the tortricid was reared in Germany by methods that are described. All stages are described, and observations on oviposition, fecundity, development and bionomics of the tortricid are reported.
