Recovery and characterization of a coronavirus from military dogs with diarrhea

Puppies which were dosed orally with a previously unknown virus from the faeces of a dog with diarrhoea developed gastroenteritis. The virus could be recovered from their faeces and they developed antibodies to the virus.
