Relative sensitivity of eighteen genetic lines of Pinus taeda L. to ozone

Relative sensitivity of eighteen genetic lines of Pinus taeda L. to ozone

Proceedings of the American Phytopathological Society 3: 328

There was sufficient variation among 1000 seedlings at 2.5-4.0 weeks of age, derived from 18 different hybrid combinations, when exposed to concentrations of ozone ranging from 0.10 to 0.25 mu l/l of air, to indicate that sensitivity to ozone may show enough heritability to make breeding programmes feasible.
