Of the six varieties studied, resistance to Erysiphe communis was shown only by Kirgiz 08 and Yaltushkovskaya odnosemyannaya The selection of resistant biotypes increased the percentage of resistant plants in the hybrid material from 0.6-2% to 50-90% over five years.
