Data from trials conducted on sandy loam soils in the rainy seasons (July-October) of 1972 and 1973 showed that the optimum N levels for CSH-1, CSH-2, CSH-3, CSH-4 and CSH-5 were 127, 117, 114, 127 and 129 kg/ha, respectively.
