Some observations about the interdependence between method development, implementation and the client/consultant relationship from experience with a method for result - analysis and planning of horticultural firms

At the 2nd and 3rd Symposia papers describing some different "Task" aspects of the Swedish TEU-method (Tradgardekonomiska Undersokningen) for result analysis and planning of horticultural firms were presented. This paper contains some experiences from the implementation and method development work. First a summary of the discussion of similar problems in the literature (advisory service, operation research, "the Kolb-Frohman Organization Development Approach to consulting") is presented.
