For 14 Korean calves, live weight averaged 113.0, 259.8, 387.4, 427.4 and 457.8 kg at 6, 12, 18, 20 and 22 mth of age resp., and daily gain 0.62, 0.72, 0.65, 0.67 and 0.51 kg. The amount of concentrates consumed/kg gain averaged 5.43, 7.00, 11.01, 11.27 and 17.90 kg resp., and TDN consumption/kg gain 4.51, 6.67, 11.07, 15.32 and 22.82 kg.
