58 tobacco plant samples from different areas of Japan had contents of Fe > Mn > Zn, and lower leaves tended to have higher amounts than upper leaves. Fe content of leaves of plants from E. Japan was higher than those from W. Japan, Mn content was higher in plants from W. Japan, and no difference was found for Zn content.
