A study was made of the effect of treatment for various periods (5 min-20 h) with the diethyl ether of beta ( beta ', beta "-dichlorethylamino)ethyl phosphinic acid (K32). The duration of treatment which gave the highest frequency of chromosome aberrations was 40-60 min with fixation after 20 h.
