The effect of different rates of abscisic acid on the germination of Acer saccharinum seeds in relation to temperature

Abscisic acid applied at 10-3 M inhibited radicle growth in germinating A. saccharinum seeds. The inhibiting effect at lower temperatures (15 deg or 26 deg C) was weaker than at a higher temperature (30 deg ).
