Trisomics from triploid-diploid crosses in self-incompatible Lycopersicum peruvianum : II. Transmission of trisomics

Trisomics from triploid-diploid crosses in self-incompatible Lycopersicum peruvianum : II. Transmission of trisomics

Tag. Theoretical and Applied Genetics. Theoretische und Angewandte Genetik 51(6): 271-275

In 112 plants obtained from self pollination of primary trisomics triplo 1 and triplo 3 and from crosses of these trisomics with the cross-compatible diploid clone 006 (S1S2), eight (7.2%) trisomic individuals were obtained and data on their caryotypes are presented. The average frequency of transmission was 2.6% in triplo 1 and 8.6% in triplo 3.
