Variability of couch grass, Elytrigia repens (L.) Desv

Clones from 34 collections of E. repens (Agropyron repens) in the Benelux area showed differences in habit, leaf colour, hairiness of lamina, leaf sheath and spike axis, awning of spikelet glumes and dry-matter production of the rhizomes and aerial parts.
