Cellulolytic and pectinolytic enzyme production by Colletotrichum dematium f. sp. truncata causing anthracnose of soybeans

Cellulolytic and pectinolytic enzyme production by Colletotrichum dematium f. sp. truncata causing anthracnose of soybeans

Indian Phytopathology 31(1): 69-72

The max. production of both enzymes by C. dematium f. sp. truncata occurred in 15-day-old cultures in Richard's solution. Enzyme activity in vivo was max. 9 days after inoculation.
