Comparative study of the protein, lysine and dough characters of some recently evolved high yielding wheat varieties under timely and late sown conditions

In studies of seven newly developed varieties, the varieties EA222-1, D2117 and UP224 were promising for protein and lysine content and HD1944, Kalyan Sona and UP224 for dough quality.
